These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TellMe (accessible at talk2afriend.vercel.app), a service operated by JT NUROY LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using TellMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

TellMe is an AI-powered emotional companion designed to provide supportive conversations. TellMe is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It is a conversational tool intended for emotional support and companionship only.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Important: TellMe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The responses generated by TellMe are AI-generated and should not be relied upon as professional mental health guidance. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use TellMe. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, please do not use TellMe.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TellMe to:

• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Exploit the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TellMe if you violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, branding, and software associated with TellMe are the intellectual property of JT NUROY LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

By using TellMe, you acknowledge that the messages you send may be processed by our AI systems to generate responses. We do not claim ownership of your messages. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TellMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JT NUROY LTD and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use TellMe.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your data or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JT NUROY LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of TellMe, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue TellMe (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of TellMe after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
